Huddersfield University research scrap book.

I will be using this blog to present my research findings as they progress as part of my final major project titled: Research, analysis and application of games asset production work flow and tools interoperability.
To achieve this I will be looking into existing work flow techniques from both books and websites which I will break down and look into then find if I can make additions or subtractions to the work flow in an attempt to make and present an easy to understand 3D game asset work flow that can be improved as a user either gains a larger interest in the process, a better understanding or the software required.
Professional Series: Game Asset Production Pipeline - Digital Tutors
My first research point is this tutorial series from Digital tutors: “Professional Series: Game Asset Production Pipeline”. While starting at a high level, assuming the audience knows basic and intermediate level techniques then explaining little instead focusing more on the work flow as a whole this had gained my interest as a good starting point for creating my own work flow. I am hoping to combine this with other work flows that does not require Zbrush and include a more in depth tutorial on the actual process.
