Team email process

As part of our team work we had to create an email address for our team and send an email to who we wish to invite to the digital showcase.

nAfter creating an email address using the google mail page I emailed details about the account to each team member so that they can use it as well. I also added the team logo as the avatar image and signature that can be added after each email.

nWe also create our own draft email to be sent to the desired game company which we then reviewed and decided which email draft to use as well as elements from everyone's work to be added into the final email.
